Designed for autistic people and their families, support networks & carers. Sessions are co-produced with autistic mentors, ensuring accessibility and practical learning. Participants gain knowledge, skills, and confidence in a supportive environment. Sessions are also offered for young autistic people aged 16-18 yrs. The course offers 2 hour weekly sessions for 6 weeks and cover the following topics:

• Understanding Autism & Self-Identity
• Sensory Profiles & Reasonable Adjustments
• Assertiveness & Communication
• Executive Function & Daily Management Skills
• Managing. Rejection Sensitivity & Developing a Growth Mindset
• Community Support & Knowing Your Rights
